Return Policy

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the products you received. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days to request a return starting from when you receive the item.

Please send us an email at service@niivva.com to start a return, with your order number, the name of the product(s), and the reason why it didn't work out for you.

Except in instances where the item delivered was in error or was faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the expense of returning the goods to us. Returned products must be in their unused condition with the original packing. For your protection, we recommend that when shipping products back to us you use a recorded delivery service -- a service that provides a tracking number (i.e. UPS, DHL, FedEx).

 

Damage, Defective or Wrong Items

Please check your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, send us an email at service@niivva.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we’ll be happy to help you!

If you do not notify us of a defective or damaged product within 3 days from receipt of delivery, we will assume the product was not damaged or defective when you received it. If a damaged item is returned without notifying us of the damage, we will not be able to process the return.

 

Order Cancellations

We at Niivva work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed, and set aside for shipping.

Please email us at service@niivva.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do.

 

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If yes, your refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Any shipping costs related to the original order will not be refunded. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Customs Duties

In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs and/or duty fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot determine the charges since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

Customs clearance procedures may be required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery time. Delivery time of orders can be extended by delivery service for indefinite period for reasons beyond our control.
