At Niivva, we prioritize the safe and timely delivery of our products, especially considering the delicate nature of our porcelain items. Therefore, all our products are shipped via DHL Express. This ensures not only the safety of the items but also that you receive your products within approximately 3-5 days.

Free Shipping Policy

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $149.
For orders below $149, a separate DHL shipping fee of $20 will apply. 

Order-to-Delivery Process

Order processing time: the time we need to get your order ready to be shipped. It relates to stock confirmation and quality inspection, and usually takes 1-2 business days.

Shipping time: the time it takes for the shipping services to deliver the package to your address since they pick up the package from our warehouse.
